Our 12-week Behavioral Addictions group highlights a relapse prevention model that encourages abstinence by identifying patterns of abuse, avoiding or coping with high-risk situations, and making lifestyle changes that reinforce healthier behaviors.

Through the use of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral techniques, and experiential approaches, individual therapy sessions will help reinforce the skills learned in group and help guide you into finding the underlying meaning behind the causes and effects of your addiction as well as how to begin building a life free from it.
